bought a pair of clippers at Petsmart for my dog. can't even cut my dogs hair with these. they are junk. they just clog with hair and then pull hair.

I got a pair of Andis AGC clippers to clip my horses with. They are absolute CRAP. I have used them two times to clip so extremely clean horses, and have always cleaned them well before, during, and after clipping. I store them in a case in a heated room. AND, still they died on me today after clipping half my horse. So, i spent $300 on clippers to be able to clip two and a half horses! The clippers also over heat and burn my horse!! Thanks a lot Andis, I will never use your brand ever again.

RecommendedI have been using Andis clippers exclusively for over 5years now.
Have been trying to reach customer service since Sept 3 regarding a brand new set of cordless clippers that do not work. I have received 2 requests for copies of the receipt and personal information (which I have provided) but have yet to have any instructions on how to go about replacing them. The process is ridiculously long and drawn out and some of the poorest customer service I’ve had in quite some time.
If I’m spending over $300 on a animal clipper it should not have to be sent in every few months because it just stops working. Or in my case three weeks. And this isn’t just happening to me. Two other girls I work with have had to send in their clipper at least two times if not more and all of this has happened within the year warranty. This is unacceptable. If I’m spending that much money for the best clipper and then it stops working every two months, it’s clearly NOT the best clipper. Not happy.
Refund my money for the broken clippers that were sent to me and returned back in April.

I am so frustrated and disappointed I purchased clippers on groomers pro March 5th 2020 I was so excited to get the galaxy pulse ZR 2. After two weeks they started not turning on right away. I would turn them off and on, take the battery out and put it back and then they would work. After two more weeks of doing that they completely stopped working and wouldn’t turn on. This is the kind of person that works for this company? Screw this place.
I spent about $1000 in products from Andis and the clippers we received is not working, i I have been trying to reach them by email and several phone calls. Andis still have not answered to my emails and calling Andis is a fail too since they never answer the phone. Nos Now i I have a very expensive clippers that i I cannot ise use or sell it and not even return for an exchange . I would not recommend Andis due to the lack of attention/care to their customers!
