I am a hairstylist in Michigan I have several Andis products the master and the cordless envy li. Upon getting the master clippers and. Unboxing then so I can use them at work I realized the cutting blade was broken and. Not able to be used same with the envy li. I went to call Andis got no answer I emailed Andis about three different times and nothing...... good think I have other clippers to use but am passed at how much money I spent on them
I purchased a combo set back in April! The clippers are extremely loud & the trimmers will NOT turn off unless I unplug them. I’ve contacted Andis several times via email & they have responded once, back in May saying they would like to fix the problem. Ok well now we’re in June & they haven’t responded to any of my emails thus far! This is not ok! They ignore the fact that they sell damaged clippers & trimmers in hopes we will just forget or give up! I DO NOT recommend Andis brand!!

I had the original Pulse ZR as well as the Pulse ZR II cordless clippers. My first pair broke right after warrenty (could not be repaired) so I bought the newer model - this pair suddenly stopped working after 6 months (switch/connection issue). I spent close to $400 on each pair just for them to break or stop working. I just feel like I flushed money straight down the toilet.

The lack of customer service and shipping is ridiculous. Find another company.
Two weeks and Waiting for My clippers
Placed an order on andis.com for the 1st time, a few days later it got cancelled after payment went through no warning of it to me had to find out on my own, no responce. Thought andis company would be more responsible but guess I'll go elsewhere.
