purchased an andis slimline pro li in August, took care of them made sure they were always oiled daily. today they broke, a tiny piece of metal snapped on the inside, I called andis and was told I need to spend my own money to ship them to the company to have them possibly fixed. instead of sending me the part that cost less then a dollar. it is reasons like this I will only purchase wahl. if I have an issue with my wahls they send out the part same day for FREE. so to anyone considering buying anything andis, do yourself a ... read more
