Do not call them for service. The person at the service desk hung up on me after asking a very simple question about our new Toyota. Will not be bringing the car there to be serviced. I would rather spend the money to drive out of town and be treated more respectfully.

So, they say Once a Marine, always a Marine...... today I saw this firsthand..... While driving get to breakfast in Loves Park, we drove past this Toyota/Lexus dealership. My husband looked over and asked why the flag was so low??? "9/11", I said. As we got closer, he saw that the flag was laying on the ground. I recently bought a Rava4 Limited at Anderson Toyota from Chris Beto and it was an outstanding experience. I was out of state for much of the transaction and Chris was great with email, phone and following up. He does not pressure and respects your budget. He is likable and trustworthy and I feel he worked the best possible deal for me. I priced similar cars in surrounding states and Anderson did the best price. It was a win! I would recommend Anderson and Chris Beto to anyone looking into a Toyota or Lexus
