My brother had a wonderful experience buying a new 2018 C-HR from Anderson Toyota. Our salesperson Kim Rizvi was outstanding, from the test drive all the way thru the buying process and finally picking up the car and helping us learn the ins and outs of a new vehicle. I stopped by Anderson toyota to take a look at an older tacoma, and was suprised by the size of the dealership. I am no used to dealing with such big organizations! That being said, I did not feel out of place once I talked to the staff. Mike Belk was the salesman who helped me out, and it was a pleasure working with him. He didn't push me at all. Don't like the up selling on additional maintenance that has already been done. I pointed out they had already performed the service the last oil change or so. They agreed in the end that it had been done and gave some story about codes in the computer. I have serious trust issues for anything but a basic oil change and now wonder if they really do put in the expensive full synthetic oil.
Excellent working with Jeff Klock and Rick Stout on our new vehicle. They were able to get us into the new car we wanted at a price that was the same as our old payment. Highly recommend if you need a new or used vehicle that you go see Jeff or Kim. Hardworking and honest.
