I will be forever grateful to Dr Andy Engh for the hip revision surgery he performed in 1994. He truly gave me my life back. For the past 23 years I have maintained a very active lifestyle, pain free. Dr. Wallach fixed my back! Dr. Saddler has done great work on my wife's shoulders and a knee. Great doctors and support team.
The Staff, Medical and Administrative are very professional , the appointments are timely, the office is clean, you can find parking , and Dr. Blanche has a great bed side manner explained everything to me before and after , made me whole again Full Rotator Cuff Repair and some other stuff in my shoulder, After another Physician Misdiagnosed my injury for 18 months. I was skeptical but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made thanks again !

I wish I could rate more than five stars. After having some bad experiences with a local practice, I looked to northern Virginia to find an orthopedic practice for my worn out knee. On my first visit, Dr. Fricka and his fellow recommended a total knee replacement in spite of my age.
