I was referred to this clinic and I was treated horribly. Dr. Anderson Kngh treated me in a dismissive and disrespected manner all because he claimed that he had never heard of someone being allergy to some of the metals in a prosthetic. All throughout the consultation, he repeatedly kept asking me in an abrasive manner..."why are you here" and his gesture came across like I was wasting his time. Loved everyone there! Yes I had a wait but that’s typical as you never know what transpires with another patient before you, emergencies etc. Treated very well and had a great experience. I would tell if it was any less than exceptional. Thanks guys!!!
The best in Orthopaedic care
With the front office refusing to let me talk to my doctor or his PA over several days, insisting that I didn’t need to talk to them because the front office staff knew what the PA would say to me and (instead gave me medical advice which I don’t think they are qualified to do), I decided to go to a different doctor. I tried to cancel my appointment, except that even that is impossible. I am on hold for over 30 mins (and counting)! What does customer service mean, anyway, I can visualize them asking each other.
Awesome Results!! The knee replacement results gave me a second shot at living and working as before I was injured!
