With the front office refusing to let me talk to my doctor or his PA over several days, insisting that I didn’t need to talk to them because the front office staff knew what the PA would say to me and (instead gave me medical advice which I don’t think they are qualified to do), I decided to go to a different doctor. I tried to cancel my appointment, except that even that is impossible. I am on hold for over 30 mins (and counting)! What does customer service mean, anyway, I can visualize them asking each other.
Awesome Results!! The knee replacement results gave me a second shot at living and working as before I was injured!

Waste of time and money! I had a referral from my primary to get my shoulder looked at. In a 2.5 hour visit I talked to the dr, who wasn't even who i was referred to, for about 10 minutes! In that time she basically moved my arm around to see where it hurt, which all was already explained, then basically sends me home saying go get physical therapy and motrin and come back i lm 6 months if it still hurts. Over the last 20 years, I have gone to Anderson Clinic for my Orthopaedic care. During this time, I have seen Drs McCauley, Branche, Frika, and Nagda, and most recently, last year, Dr. Andy replaced both of my knees. I would not go any where else for my Orthopaedic care, for I am not about to slow down and they make my hyper side possible! Excellence + compassion.
This is not something that I normally do however being a disabled veteran and also having a workman's comp claim which has been closed. I waited a week and a 1/2 to see these doctors just have them turn me away on the day of my appointment. this company is against veterans and veteran wellness. If you have a problem they are guaranteed to cancel your order or give you some kind of unprofessional answer. They are the worst I've ever got. well I will happily be telling every single veteran how bad they are.
