I moved in about a month ago, and it’s been a great experience so far. The location is excellent—close to all the amenities you could need. Being new to Raleigh, I was initially unsure about where to settle, but Iris Castillo - gave us a guided tour of the property , made the process so much easier. She was incredibly kind, honest, and supportive, helping me with everything from finding good places to eat and grocery stores to relocation and initial setup. Iris is amazing !! Easy move in, never had issues with service requests, beautiful trail from inside the community, very safe !! I would highly recommend Anderson Hills Apartments.
