I’ve lived here for a few years now and have had no problems at all! The apartment layouts are intuitive and spacious. The location is great, as it is both near North Hills and Wake Forest Rd. Maintenance works quickly to resolve any issues with the apartments whenever they arise. Edwin fixed our trash disposal system recently and was amazing. Iris (who works in the leasing office) is very friendly and goes above and beyond for her residents! I love this place!

Beautiful complex, so quiet and peaceful, with a lot of green areas. The staff is really warm and helpful.

I have had great experience living here in Anderson hills. The apartment was handed to us really clean and with new equipment. Its also conveniently located in North Hills and close to most parts of the city. Iris has been very prompt with requests and helping out whenever needed.

Had a low fuss move in with a clean apartment and no surprises. Iris is also extremely friendly in the leasing office and even helped me get connected with other transplants in the complex to make some friends early. This is also a good spot with the greenway connected and so many shops and grocery stores right down the street!
