I’m going on my 2nd year here. I don’t really ever have any problems. However, this past week my water heater stopped working. My hot water was out for a week. Genesis was very kind in the way she handled the situation. If you speak to anyone in the office or need help she is the one to go to. As someone else isn’t too friendly. Also, Chris the maintenance man was very helpful.
Frankie was hands down the best leasing agent I have ever dealt with. Extremely personable and welcoming. Between the price and the layout of the apartment and location we will definitely be renting here.
I have been a resident of Anderson Hills for more than a decade. The location is excellent, and the complex itself a quiet neighborhood. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff incredibly nice and extremely helpful and professional. Recently, the complex added highspeed WIFI to all apartments, which eliminated my bulky router and myriad of cords. There is good reason why I have called Anderson Hills home for so many years.
Rosa and Frankie top tier, first thing Frankie was fantastic from the start we sat down went over some options and let me know what would be the best option for me, he answered all the questions I had, second Rosa is by far the best property manager I have ever worked with, even though she was out of the office she stayed on top of my application to help me out and get me approved!
