The side of one of the buildings has this opening for all types of critters to come enjoy the interior too! The faucet there has been leaking for a while which is why there’s rust, I’m implying that this should’ve been fixed long before it got this bad. I have had a few (probably 10 in the past 5 yrs) palmettos come through the vents and seemingly the fireplace + from behind the stove. Otherwise the apartment itself and neighborhood are great! Just finished my one year lease here and have nothing but good things to say. Apartments were well-priced and were very spacious with good closet space. Is located in a very nice area, being walking distance from Costco, Wegmans, Trader Joes, and also has direct access to a very nice greenway trail. Staff were incredibly helpful as well, as maintenance requests were always quickly and professionally handled. Would recommend!
I have been living here for almost 20 years, so I have been thru all the upgrades here in Anderson and I have to say it's really rare to find place that is so close to everything you need, downtown, few minutes to North Hills shopping and entertainment area plus all the good grocery stores like Wegmans, Trader Joe's ,Costco which are within almost a walking distance...the location is truly unbeatable, but yet very quiet and hidden out of the city noise. I was hesitant about moving into Anderson Hills after reading some negative reviews, but Iris completely changed my experience. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make the leasing process smooth. It’s clear that she truly cares about the residents and keeps everything running seamlessly. I've lived at Anderson Flats for nearly 7 years and the most important reason I stay is that everything always works. I'm not sure how they do it; I just know that Nazario and Ariel, backed by outside contractors, and directed by Joanna and Ally, make sure that I get the experience that I always wanted but didn't know I could have.
