Dr. Heather's professional and informative approach to treatment of any kind of foot pain really makes her the best in Alaska. She will let you know all of your options and then make her recommendation based on if you want a surgical or non-surgical approach. Getting custom orthotics for my marathon training I'm sure will make all the difference in my world of running.
Dr.Kaufman was a fresh of breath air! It was so easy to understand every issue we went over. I loved how thorough Heather was on explaining all my options. I originally saw Dr.Kaufman for a second opinion however now she will be my primary foot doctor. :)
Very seldom am I excited about going to the Dr. BUT, Dr. Heather and her wonderful staff make it a great experience. I always end up laughing and feeling better. For the first time in a long time I'm very hopeful that both of my feet will be pain free in the near future. Thank you.

Dr. Kaufman was the only doctor after 2 yrs of an wound that wouldn't heal, that could not only tell me why it wouldn't heal, but actually got it to ! There are not enough words to say how thankful I am to have found her!
Dr Kaufman is an amazing Doctor. She took unlimited time going above and beyond to give my son the best health care possible. He is a an gifted athlete who needed the best care to continue his path. It is evident that she loves what she does and gives each patient her focused attention. She is on the cutting edge of therapy and very knowledgable and it shows. Thank you for everything Dr Kaufman.
