RecommendedThey made me feel like a real person with needs and concerns. Dr. Regina Fiacco asked questions and listened to what I said. She showed me the x-rays and explained more to me in one office visit than multiple visits to the base family practice did. I really appreciated being treated like a person, given an answer with diagnose and treatment plan. The experience was great starting at the front desk, check-in all the way through the Doctor and completing the appointment. Great people!

Brandi and Dr Kaufman are the absolute best. if you would have seen my daughters foot before and see it now you would absolutely believe in miracles cause She performed one on my baby's foot. We love Them.
The doctor and staff are great to work with and seem quite knowledgeable -- HOWEVER - The orthotic insoles were a complete disaster for me. I thought I was going to be crippled and went through great pain and anguish trying to get "broke into them" I gave up on them after a couple weeks into the second pair. They were a very expensive disappointment. I have gone back to grinding my shoe soles and modifying over the counter insoles.

I just traveled down from Fairbanks to see Dr. Kaufman. She first treated my neuroma foot when I was teaching in Barrow, and now I've relocated to Fairbanks and will maintain her as my foot doctor. She's smart & competent and her treatment protocol has kept me working on my feet relatively pain free for a while. I'm going to have surgery & feel very confident having her remove the neuroma. Highly recommend.
