This was a great dealership before they opened new state-of the art bldg. Now it's simply the best! Service staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and most important --impecably honest. When they said I needed new rear brakes, I knew they neded to be done & were done on time as promised.

I just got a Subaru Forester from Anchor Subaru, I'm very happy! Before I went there, I'd been talking to Donna via Emails and then came in and took test with Vincent, he didn't rush you to get a car without test drive and he had explained the car friendly and clearly :) Thank you Anchor!
I get a fog light replaced, oil change and transmission flush. I asked the service writer if they will be replacing the fog light housing, the lense of the housing is completely broken. She doesn't give me a straight answer and they only replace the bulb. Now my fenderliner on the same side as the replaced fog light is ripped up and I need a new one. I was hoping they would help me out but they are saying they didn't need to undo the fender liner to get to the bulb. Very upset with the quality of work.
Was taken advantage of, car transmission broke down the day after it was delivered. Now they refuse to take it back or exchange for another model. FUCK ANCHOR, NEVER GO THERE.
