Anchor Subaru is amazing. Yesterday, I was supposed to be volunteering in West Warwick at 9am. I had an issue with my rear window not going up (while it was snowing). I called and spoke with Brian. He said he could squeeze me in but I would probably have to wait about 30-45 minutes. I left West Warwick at 8:55 and went to Anchor Subaru. They were able to get my window up and sent me on my way. I was back in West Warwick by 10:15
Three hours and I wait. This is the second time here for this problem.
Have a 2000 Forrester which I routinely have serviced there. I have ALWAYS had an excellent relationship with the service department.
Thank you to the service department for an excellent ownership experience this morning.
