I just purchased my second Subaru from Anchor, and I have only great things to say about this dealership. The way they conduct business is second to none. They are upfront, honest, helpful, and do not pressure you to make a decision. They have a very tight knit staff and management- it is not surprising that this in fact a family business. Not only did they have HORRIBLE customer service when I bought my 06 Subaru three years ago, but I'm STILL dealing with issues. Apparently whomever replace my windshield the last time never sealed it properly, so it's been leaking like crazy. Not to mention they TRIED to sell me the car with bad breaks and tires.. Oh and the best part?? They said the timing belt and water pump had JUST been changed- WASN'T TRUE, I'm lucky it didn't snap on me.
