Very pleased with the service I received while searching out new car for my son..I'd def go there again and recommend them also.
Thursday night I had a problem with my car. I was able to drive home but did not think I should drive much further. Reached Brian at Anchor at 6:50pm. Subaru was able to evaluate my car and put me in a rental car by 8am Friday so I could still get to my 9am meeting!! I have had my Outback since 2003. Great people and great service, as always. Thanks!
Just want to say Thank you to Mark who helped change my tire in this cold weather. I pulled in went into the service dept they weren't able to change my tire over to my spare. So as I was getting ready to do it myself Mark offered to help
This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to, and I lease a new car every three years. I returned my 2010 Impreza on November 6th and started a new lease on 2014 crosstrek. No one at the dealership told Subaru that I had returned the Impreza and they continued to bill me every month for it. My account was still open even though the lease was over because Subaru thought I still had the car. I was paying for 2 different leases for 2 months until I noticed the money being automatically deducted from my checking account.... read more
