We purchased several Subarus from Anchor over the last 15 years and had them serviced by Anchor during that time. Since Anchor built and opened their new facility, their customer dynamics have changed and the change aplears not to be in the best interest of the customer. I have request Anchor to have no further contact with me.
Stopped in to test the Ascent. Had a great experience with Ben. Although we weren’t ready to buy, Ben was still very helpful and understanding. No pressure what so ever and didn’t waste our time. We will be back and certainly ask for Ben.
