Had the pleasure of working with Pat Saad on the purchase of my daughter’s car. He was able to handle all of our arrangements by phone as I was unable to be there. Super helpful, no pressure and very accommodating. When we did arrive to pick up the car he informed us that while they were cleaning the car, they noticed a chip in the windshield...ordered a new one and told us they will swap it out...and we would have a complementary car if needed. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room is comfortable and there are free snacks and drinks. I’m not a big fan of the Food Network which is what’s on TV every afternoon that I’ve been there.

Great customer service!! Everyone went of their way to help my husband and I buy the truck of our dreams, just when we thought it wasn’t possible they made it all possible. Highly recommened this place and all of their team efforts !!!
Avoid at all costs. I disoconnected electric for seats reattached and airbag light went on. Had the car there for another issue and was told sensor on passenger seat was defective and it would be 350 to 'fix'. hmmm. Called another Sunaru dealership and they said keep battery unplugged for 8 hours and it resets itself. Did it and light went off. Also total ripoff, had issues with service dept everytime I deopped car off. missing screws, scratches on paint, bumper to bumper warranty not being covered and the the time they gave... read more
