if an appointment is set for a time it should be kept, not everyone has more than one vehicle or the means to get around without one. just because you serviced my vehicle didn't give you the right to put your advertisement on it when done without my permission!

My wife just purchased a new forester from Anchor. This was not our first stop but definitely our last. Scott Youman was our salesman and I would recommend him 100%. He was patient with our questions and very clear and concise with his answers. If you want an enjoyable car buying experience, go to Anchor and ask for Scott.
I had been shopping for a vehicle for some time and went to Anchor. The experience was WAY better than any of the other dealerships I visited. My salesperson Jim Hedstrom took the time to review their inventory and we make selections, taking several vehicles for test rides. Never once did I feel the double standard women sometimes (!) experience, so would recommend Anchor as a female friendly place. I chose an awesome Subaru Forester, quickly completed the paperwork and picked up my car the next day!
