Not a fan of this vet. I waited an hour just for someone to take my dog in the back for 5 minutes. I couldn't even go back with him. Also called this morning because he's been throwing up his meds and still no return call. And every time I call I'm put on hold and have to hang up and call back. Changing vets for sure. I changed the review to a 3 because someone called me and apologized for the inconvenience of very high volume with low staff. I can understand this and therefore will give it an ok.
I cannot say enough great things about this place. I called in after 5 pm and I was very worried about my dog. They took us in immediately and took very good care of her. Thank you so much to Dr Knapp and the wonderful staff!
I just dropped off my cat. She has to go for a procedure they are wonderful.
Love love love Anchor Animal Hospital. I have been taking my 7 year old Australian Shepherd, Fenway there for 5 years now. Every single receptionist, tech and doctor have been so sweet to our pup and so helpful. They truly go above and beyond and are always willing to spend the extra time with you to explain everything and anything. Their facility is impeccably clean. I appreciate all of the love they have showed to our dog and our family.
We have been taking all our pets to Anchor Animal Hospital for over 20 years. We currently have 3 small dogs, and wouldn't consider taking them anywhere else. They receive the best care, with the kindest staff. Love Anchor Animal Hospital and would recommend anyone take their pet there.
When i started goin there a few yrs ago they were good..lately i find they are goin down hill...they told me one price and ended up payin more...feel lil disappointed wit them last cpl visits
