I had an emergency with my cat this morning, and Anchor Animal Hospital took us in immediately, even though I am not a current client. Unfortunately, I had to make the dreaded decision to euthanize my cat, but everyone at Anchor was wonderful throughout the entire ordeal. They were very caring and respectful. The veterinarian was very compassionate as she discussed my cat's condition, and was honest about my options, which I greatly appreciated. It cost us 115 dollars and my dogs eye is just as bad as when we took him yesterday medication is by mail and we have not received a call as to when we will receive medication although i really like the hospital very dissapointed this time
Took very very good care of my kitten. I thought I was going to lose her but Dr. Dale we will call him (I don't know the last name) was very gentle and encouraging that he believed she would be okay and she was, and shes purrfect�
Sadly I had to say goodbye to my kitty today. I wish I could remember the vet techs name who helped us with the process. He was so sympathetic to my feelings and was sure to be very gentle while handling my sweet girl. His caring made the very difficult process a little bit easier to manage. I am a bit upset that I was charged more than $50 more than I was quoted on the phone. I've been taking my pets here for years. They are a bit pricey compared to places such as faxxon in Fall River. You can't beat the quality of care at Anchor. They go above and beyond. Thank you Anchor for all you do for our pets.
