Ms. Long is the first provider who I feel actually takes the time to listen to and address my concerns fully. I've struggled with a painful bladder condition for over 10 years, and she has given me hope that maybe I can manage it now.
staff is very rude. my appointment got messed up and when i went they would not see me, even though I was throwing up in the office, with no compassion, the nurse went into panic mode like i had covid. I was sick from UTI. antibiotics and more antibiotics never addressed the problem, I went to another doctor after the symptoms came back 4 days later.
