Very dismissive. Doesn't explain diagnoses clearly. The 3 times my elderly mom saw him, he always seemed irritated that we were there. She was admitted to the hospital and he just said send her home with a heart monitor and she can't see him anymore due to her owing $50. I couldn't believe it when I called the office and they told me the amount. I don't remember even seeing a bill come in the mail. Nevertheless, even if she owed him more money, it still doesn't excuse the way he acted or acts in general.

While his clinical capabilities remain high, increasing burden impairs his ability to meet even the most basic expectations for patient care. It has been difficult to witness what was once an impressive level of engagement steadily decline into something far more concerning.
