Dr. Kelmenson and her team were extremely efficient and pleasant.
This was my first encounter with Dr. Kelmenson, who will be doing cataract surgery on my eyes over the next month. I was impressed with how thorough, patient, kind, and engaging she was. My impression is that I am in good hands.
My appointment was on time and had a very thorough exam. They explained all the procedures. The office has all the high tech equipment. Very proactive with my vision.
Everything went as scheduled did not have to wait. Everybody was concerned about what I had to say, and they were very well informed on my particular needs.
Very friendly and down to earth. Compassionate, listens well. Very knowledgeable.
Dr Kelmenson is thorough, caring, communicative and skilled. Answered all questions and helped me make good choices by providing lots of explanation and information.
She took her time with me, thoroughly reviewed my file, and most importantly suggested that I get an opinion on a lid surgery that wasn’t done correctly.
I am grateful for Dr. Kelmenson and the thorough support she provides in helping maintain my eye health as I age. I feel like I am heard, and in good hands! Dr. Amy is always professional yet personable, often remembering and asking about my family. She monitors conditions consistently in order to identify and address any vision changes for both my husband and myself. She is also willing to maintain a line of communication with our personal care physician, which we appreciate as well.
