Dr Kelmenson is excellent! She is knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and very caring. I feel very fortunate that I am her patient.
Dr. Kelmenson performed cataract surgery on my wife last fall and her experience was great. So far I’m seeing the same.
Dr. Amy is fantastic! She's professional, knowledgeable, experienced, listens well, explains things in a manner I can understand and takes great care of my eyes (not an easy task for sure)! She's a skilled surgeon as well - did an excellent job on my cataracts. However, no matter what time your appointment is you can always expect to wait 20 to 30 minutes. Dr. Kelmenson is very respectful and responsive; she is always willing to answer my questions and she is always sure to explain what she is doing during the appointment and why. She was receptive to my needs and I felt very comfortable around her.
She and her staff are very nice and knowledgeable. I have recommended her office several times
In spite of their gorgeous and expansive new office facilities there was a 45 minute wait in the waiting room before they called my name. However I always receive excellent care and Dr. Kelmenson is attentive in every way as well as the staff member that took the pictures of my eyes, did the pressure check and did the refraction.
I brought my book along as I have often waited in Dr. Kelmenson's office. On this trip, I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. I fantasize about how to reorganize the doctor's schedule - leave gaps here and there to catch up, schedule fewer patients, group patients by degree-of-difficulty of the expected care requirements, etc. Then I remind myself I know nothing about delivering medical service. What I do know is the time of patients needs to be valued along with that of the doctor.
Dr. Kelmensen is always exceedingly patient and caring. She is thoughtful and provides options with thorough explanation
