I LOVE Dr. Hartsfield's office and all of her employees. Every time I go to the dentist, her staff makes me feel welcome. The girl who cleans my teeth is so gentle and always talks to me during the cleaning as if it's a natural thing for her to want to calm those who may be nervous about the dentist chair and help them think about other things. Dr. Hartsfield and her staff are the best. They are always so friendly and helpful. I used to hate to go to the dentist, now I don't mind at all. They have a great e-mail reminder system, too. I would recommend Dr. Hartsfield to anyone at any time.

I choose to drive 20 minutes away from local dentist to see Dr. Hartsfield. Dr.Hartsfield is a very caring and very professional dentist who spends unlimited time with her patients to be sure they are comfortable and satisfied with her services. Her staff treats you like family and makes you feel very comfortable as they care for you and your dental needs...Looking forward to many years with Dr.Hartsfield .
Dr Hartsfield and staff are the best. I have been with her for over 5 years. I have received superior caring service time and time again. I feel the whole experience from the time that you walk in and are greeted by the front desk to the excellent dental experiences I have had can not be beaten.
I went to Dr. Hartsfield for dentures. I have yet to be able to go out in public because the dentures she sold to me (two sets in seven months) are way too big for my mouth and make me look funny. She told me that I need to "exercise" my mouth. This is not acceptable. She knew that she had sold me an inferior set of dentures but will not do anything to correct them. Very unprofessional. In my opinion, she just doesn't care about her patients.
