This meal was one of the most delicious and unique meals we’ve ever had. Every course was full of flavor (and surprises)! Bamboo. Really? Spruce cream. Are you serious? We had enjoyed bonito flakes before at Zentan in DC, but the way the appetizer came together with simmered bamboo, clams, a touch of hot pepper, and the delectable broth was unimaginable. Excellent service. Emily was friendly and knowledgeable about the wine and menu. Dinner was delicious. Enjoyed sautéed soft shell crab and grilled tuna.
