Lovely food and drinks! Happing place!
Good restaurants have great food and great service. The measure of a great restaurant is found in how they handle problems largely beyond their control. Amuse has a small and somewhat loud dining room by default. But one large and loud table was taking all the fun out of what is not an inexpensive dining experience. Perfect from beginning to end. I happened upon this gem while on a work trip to Rehoboth. The town itself is a great family locale and this restaurant DOES have a kid menu and you shouldn’t skip this place for the boardwalk food. I had tomatoes that were so ripe they seemed to have a photo filter on them, hand pulled mozzarella cheese, amazing crab cakes and a white cake dessert with fresh blueberry sauce and peaches that I would fly all the way back here for.
