Amrid is a good company – I've used them for 6 years after they inspected the last home that I purchased. They bill us if we want. My wife hates roaches and appreciates their reminders to schedule an appointment. They get the job done, and they seem to keep the same techs a long time.

Houston's Professional Pest Service – I have known Amrid and Tony Thayer for around 25-years. Since I do home inspections and engineering reports on foundations for home buyers, I have seen many pest control technicians at numerous homes. My WDI Inspector!!!!!!! – 1st off if you are looking for someone to help you get over on a seller call someone else. Now for my review. I am in the market for a house. A Couple of months back I put in a contract on a house and called my previous Termite Company to see if they did inspections but they did not. Worst Pest Inspector in Houston – WARNING!!!!! Do NOT use this company!!!!!! They are nice at first but suddenly this company twisted my words and slandered me to Seller's of home and their Realtor. I am a Buyer from another state....had an initial pest inspection done which came up with red flags for termites. They could not treat stucco homes and recommended I find another company who will guarantee work on Stucco. Thus I was recommended to AMRID. Faithful Service – We have used Amrid Pest Control for over 7 years now, and we have been very pleased with their service. We use them for quarterly pest control service and annual termite inspections on all our properties (5). We also use them for initial termite inspections when purchasing properties and for special projects, such as rat control or curing moth problems. Very Unprofessional – Amrid did a WDI report on my house for a buyer who could not obtain financing, so I was left to deal with the report. There were two inspections done on the house a year and a half earlier. Neither of those inspections found any active or previous termite infestations. Amrid found both previous and active infestations. To verify this report, I had three experts from two different companies come out to give me their opinions. Good Service – i have had very good service from Amrid. I have used them for about 3 years. I can usually get an appointment within a couple of days and they are always here on time. i wish I could get a bill instead of writing a check, but that's a small issue.

Difficult to contact. Failed to return phone calls. – I cannot rate Amrid Pest Control on their service as they did not bother to return my calls. However, I would like to point out that their failure to respond to service requests is both unprofessional and frustrating. The "girls" (I assume this means the receptionists?) were out of the office when I called, but a gentleman took my name and number, promising a return call the following morning to set up an appointment.
