AM/PM did a fantastic job. Everything was performed as promised. They even arrived a day earlier than planned. The driver was in constant contact with updates. The cars arrived with no issues.

AM PM Premium has done a fantastic job for me shipping my car for the last five years. They are teriffic. The drivers have been very polite, kept me informed and delivered my car in great condition and with great speed. All the office staff always follow up quickly and thoroughly and I have never been disappointed. I can’t thank everyone enough for the outstanding job they do. I would highly recommend them To anyone!

Very unreliable they picked my car up on a Saturday I did not receive my car to 12 days later. I was told my car was gonna be deliver on a specific date than every time I called I was told something else. I was calling them the day my car was suppose to get deliver no one answer or return My call till the next day

Stefan our driver was an excellent communicator and we were able to coordinate the delivery of our car to where we arrived for pickup about 20 minutes after Stefan did...he had it unloaded and running for us! Danny did a great job on his end as well and was very professional and excellent to work with. Highly recommend AM/PM!

This is the best company to transport your car! They transported my mini cooper from San Francisco California to chicago Ilinois and it was as fast as in 3 days I had my car with me, they picked it up the day they told me they will and they were there on time! I highly recommend this company and the best customer service I received from Danny He is just amazing dealing with people????Thank you Danny!!the price was really good too,best auto transporter I give them an A+ on their service.

Undeniably one of the worst customer service encounters I have ever experienced. I was in contact with Danny for about a month regarding a shipment from Chicago to Oakland. Throughout this encounter I expressed the need for my vehicle to be delivered by September 18th as I was getting ready to begin a new job which required me to drive another 200 miles from Oakland to my job site. very sorry you had a bad experience, the delivery spread was 9-18 thru 9-22 the vehicle was loaded in Chicago 9-16-2018, delivered on 9-22 the option we offered for an earlier truck would have arrived prior to the 15th and you had no one to accept the vehicle, sometimes that truck can deliver as early as Tuesday, but that is why we give a window. 2000 mile trip less than 7 days we do our best.
This is by far the worst business I have ever worked with. First off, they tell me that they will show up Wednesday early afternoon to pick up the car. Wednesday comes and goes with the driver being a no show and no call from AMPM. I call Thursday morning and they say they will definitely be there that day. So I wait around again and no show and no call from AMPM. I call AMPM Friday morning and they definitely between 11 am - 1 pm. Guy finally gets to my house around 4 pm. But it doesn’t stop there. Such a stressful time this month with our family relocating from Indiana to SC with oncoming Hurricane Florence approaching. We received daily updates about our Auto delivery. The driver tried his best even up to hours before storm. When he saw it was impossible and dangerous for him and us, we received the call to reschedule. Thank you Danny for having your drivers do an outstanding job. We received our Auto once the weather improved. I will recommend Premium Car Carrier in the future. Greg&*** M*****
