We relocated from Chicago suburbs to *******************. It was a stressful time. And while they weren't able to pickup before we flew out they were super helpful to allow us to have the vehicles with a friend. Then the driver, ****, kept in constant communication with me as he picked up, inspected, sent the information and got on his way. He let me know an ETA, then he called to let me know the exact day, time and location, and then gave me an hours notice before delivering. I just used AMPM for the first time. ***** and ******* were always prompt and professional. My car was picked up and delivered a day earlier than expected, so it helped that I wasn't in a rental as long. I was relieved and ecstatic to get my car so soon and without damage. ***** answered all my questions and provided the rationale for the quote and delivery options. The car carrier company was also top-notch. While this is the first time I've used AMPM, it won't be the last.

Just used AMPM for the 4th time. ***** and ********* get what customer service is all about. They are prompt, align with quality carriers and fares are reasonable.

Very personal service. *** and ********* are great they answer there own phones. Car delivered on time with contact from the driver on eta. Second time Ive used them.

I am not big on writing reviews , but i think am/ pm (dany ) deserve that i take some time to write review about there great service I was about to ship my x5 from ********** to ******* I looked over many company's as most have many complaints from customers and dishonesty I decided to go with AM/PM after seeing there good reputation on BBB dealing with them was as simple And they deliver every thing they promised i have received the car 2 days earlier than what i was told I am happy with there pro service they straight forw... read more

We used AMPM to move my car from ******* to **************** last week. They arranged everything and answered all of my questions. They worked hard to find transport on the time frame I needed. My car was carried with contracted transporters and all went well. The company they contracted with for my move, Dreamway, was great as well. Car arrived within window given and in good condition without damage. AMPM always answered my calls as did their driver. My vehicle was damaged with hail during transport. I hired an auto hauler who advertised "insured" transports only to find out that they are not insured for auto transports. They refused to cover any damage and I had to use my insurance and pay deductible to get my car fixed. I paid in full for the delivery as the law requires of the consumer.

Great experience. ***** and ******* answered all of my questions prior to shipping my car to FL. It arrived as promised despite the bad weather. Highly recommend.
