They will steal from you. Keeping your deposit is their thing. Dishonest and abusive, I would recommend you find another place to rent. Most homes are in heroin infested neighborhoods where crime is rampant. Bad attitude is their calling. Take them to court, I did and won because they are shifty thieves and they got caught. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL.
I viewed and applied for a property last night. Paid the 50 dollars to apply. They open at 9am but took no time to call me and tell me that I was denied. Jason called and was kind of rude about it. I called back because I thought that I had met all the requirements. I spoke to two ladies on the phone and both were extremely rude to me. Someone told me that they do not rent to African Americans and I am beginning to believe it. I feel robbed of $50 honestly.
