The ICU staff were great! The nurses on the 3rd floor, namely Courtney RN, Vickie RN & Jessica tech. Rude and refused to come help my mom for several hours! She's in so much pain, but they refuse to treat her properly. She's not a druggie, but a very sick woman! Double pneumonia isn't a joke!

sorry although some of the staff is good but some in the back Drs an nurses make fun of people I was up there with a friend a while back an heard them talking about other workers an patients with ugly nicknames not very professional
RecommendedBig thank you to AMMC ER for taking such amazing care of my boyfriend tonight! Got there by 8:30 & everything took no time!! We were checked in, interviewed by a nurse, assessed by the doctor, & given answers in no time! All 3 of the nurses that came in to care for Steven were very nice, & very thorough when explaining everything we needed to know! We left the ER by 9:10! Couldn’t be any happier, Thank you again!!
What could have been a very traumatic experience for a 3 year old was turned into a pleasant hospital visit! My son fell in the shower and was very scared and Nikki RN in the emergency room made him so happy also the APRN Debbie Wade that was working she did amazing they both were OUTSTANDING and I will recommend AMMC to all my friends and family! Thank y’all so much!
Very rude workers who treat patients with tremendous disrespect. All I’ve got to say.
Current insurance programs will cover your children until they are 26, this facilities billing department will bill you for your adult children's unpaid bills, even though you are not the responsible party in an attempt to acquire their payment. Calling and discussing this with the billing management is useless, they will continue to bill you instead of the responsible party.
