We had the best experience in Labor and Delivery! I had excellent care throughout my pregnancy with Dr. Glynne. A few weeks before delivery Dr. Orange oversaw my care for preterm labor, she was great as well! Due to complications in pregnancy, I had to be induced and ended up with a C Section. 911 dispatched us to your ambulance service. My parents live maybe 5 minutes from the hospital. My dad had a medical emergency on Thursday morning shortly after 4:00am, and by the time they arrived, we had it under control. Yes, the ambulance ride was still taken but it took them 15 minutes to get there and that is unacceptable!! Also, the way they have treated my sister in law in the OB department better be so much better when she has her baby or I will demand to speak to someone higher up. I have never in my life felt more belittled than I did this morning when I went in to be seen. I ended up just walking out after the ER "doctor" literally made me feel like the biggest piece of shit ever. I thought they were there to help you, not make you feel like your the dirt on the bottom of their shoes. Felt like I was such an inconvenience even being there. Sad. I'll NEVER be back. I'll make the drive to another facility.
Dr. Jacobs is a 5 star Dr.. Very caring and professional. The nurses and other staff were the same. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because that's the highest rating their chart had.
