Very rude staff, a/c broke, old place, don’t go😡
Every experience I've had there has been terrible. Doctors don't listen to patients, and usually get the diagnosis wrong. I will go to Jonesboro from now on. Nurses are the only good thing about this place🥱
I waited in the waiting room in excruciating pain for 2 hours and still wasn't seen. Never got sent back to a room and the nurses that walked by seen that I was in crying in pain. There was only the patients in the waiting room, me and two others. I couldn't take it anymore, so I left and went to NEA Baptist and got seen right away! needless to say I had 3 kidney stones. I WILL NEVER go back to the Arkansas Methodist Medical Center in Paragould ever again! They apparently don't care about their patients
RecommendedI went in on the 10th had surgery and I have to say the staff that took care of me was amazing. out of all the hospitals I've been through I've never been treated so wonderful. Thank you to everyone.
Their equipment for testing isn't up to date. As far as Cat scans, MRI'S. Had exactly same tests done here and some where else AMMC didn't show what other one did.

RecommendedI went in the morning of the 23rd to be induced and from the moment i walked in to the time i left AMMC went above and beyond for me and my family especially during this crazy time. ive had all three of my children there and ob,labor and delivery and the post partum units are always amazing. the nurses are so sweet and kind and help anyway they can!!! i highly recommend them to anyone!!
I went to the hospital today for lab testing. From the moment I went inside, administration worker was highly rude and pretty much throwing paper work at me. Even under these circumstances of Covid-19, there’s no need to be rude to patients. Lab center was disrespectful and unnecessarily rough while trying to do my blood work. Anytime I’d ask her a question she would snap back at me. I recommend people making the extra drive to Jonesboro and don’t bother being seen here. Staff here clearly doesn’t care about their patients.
