This company is so lazy! They never run on time! For the past three months they have came 3 times! This is ridiculous!
On the week of Thanksgiving my area received no trash pickup. The following week only one side of the street received pickup. After THREE WEEKS I finally received a pickup but not all the trash do to how much was “outside the can”. This company is awful and I hope the county or city finds a replacement soon
One of the worst companies I’ve encountered, & it sucks that they are the only trash company that service our small town. I have to constantly call them about missed trash pickup’s. I’ve even reported them to the BBB which they did not even respond to the complaint, obviously they don’t care. My trash currently has been sitting on the curb since 11/27/2024, it is 12/11/2024.
