Living here has been a nightmare, especially on the fourth floor, which feels more like a zoo than an apartment building. The background noise on this floor is incessant barking that goes on 24/7. The building describes itself as "pet friendly,” but there is zero control over the pets. I've encountered dogs defecating in the hallway in front of my apartment on FOUR separate occasions, with owners neglecting to clean up after them. AMLI Dadeland is the best building I’ve lived. The building is well managed and well maintained. It has fantastic amenities and it’s very secure. The best part, the staff team. From Blng managers to maintenance team are friendly, respectful and professional. Dionette is great! Print to respond, quick and super helpful. I am very happy to live here.
I had an amazing experience moving into my apartment at AMLI. The entire staff—from the management office to the maintenance team—was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. As a single mom, feeling safe and supported is so important, and AMLI provides exactly that. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and truly feels like home for my daughter and me. I’m so grateful to be living here and highly recommend AMLI to anyone looking for a secure, welcoming place to call home.
I highly recommend this community for college students and families. It’s safe, beautiful, and well-maintained, with top-notch amenities like two pools, two gyms, a bowling alley, and a yoga studio and much more. The residents are friendly, and even though they are dog-friendly, the building is immaculate. Security is excellent, with a safe garage for residents only. I absolutely LOVE living at Amli! My first time moving into an apartment building and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I really have to spotlight Andres who works in the Leasing office, he has been AMAZING throughout our entire living experience. Although all staff is awesome and helpful, I'd like to go out of my way to really thank Andres who has gone out of his way for us many times.
