I had a great experience with the maintenance team, especially Danilo. My heater stopped working because of a leaking AC, and he did an excellent job identifying and fixing the root cause of the problem instead of just addressing the heater issue. He also quickly replaced the water heater with a new one. He was very professional, efficient, and thorough. I really appreciated how quickly he resolved everything, and he left my apartment clean and tidy after the work was completed. Thank you, Danilo, for the great service!
Danilo in maintenance is Awesome!!! My husband and I are currently moving our daughter in the Amli Dadeland and she had issues with her air conditioner last night. He came to work on it at 7pm. Today, he fixed the door issue and counter issue within an hour of her requesting assistance. He is so kind and professional and I certainly feel comfortable with my daughter being here. Janelle, Kelli and I think her name was Alisa, were absolutely amazing! We were in a serious bind because I filled out and the application for my son in April. He was in Costa Rica at the time with very limited wifi service and no phone service. I didn’t realize that he needed to fill out and complete a couple forms before we could be accepted and he never saw such an email. I loveeeee AMLI. Been living here for 5 years now, but things feel that they are shifting. 🫠 They recently required us to obtain the AMLI provided WIFI service as a part of renewing our lease. I would not have a problem if the WiFi actually worked and could handle the load of users. As someone that works from home, this has caused multiple issues over the past few weeks of being on the system. Outages for a hour or more multiple times a week.
