Extremely knowledgeable, friendly & professional would describe Kyle Kimball, without question. When he and his associate, Bernard, arrived, they immediately gave me a general idea of what they were going to do, and how they were going to do it. Kyle showed me the areas in my duct work that would require openings to facilitate the cleaning, and after the work was completed, reviewed the job with me, showing me pictures, and pinpointed areas in the duct work that required repairs due to, what I would say, was poor workmanship... read more
RecommendedI would highly recommend Amistee for air duct and dryer duct cleaning. The appointment was easy to schedule and the customer service was great! Kyle and Bernard were super friendly and respectful when they came to my house. I feel like the air quality in my house is so much better after they did their cleaning. Glenn and Ian were courteous and professional. The cleaning of our air ducts was thorough and efficient! They were even very kind to my little guys who were curious about the process. They stayed to troubleshoot a rewiring issue after their work was completed, and made sure our AC was up and running properly. We would definitely recommend Amistee to neighbors and friends.
