We have had construction projects going on for the past 2 years, just finished putting in new floors and a new kitchen. Our home is 17 years old and never had the ducts cleaned so decided it was time. Rob and Chris arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and got to work. We met them at the home show during the winter. They were up front, informative and NON pressure! We hired them. They were on time,courteous, professional and explained everything very thoroughly. They were clean and left zero mess. We even got pictures to show before and after they did the job. During the cleaning, they alerted us to an issue that a cold air block was missing from the cold air return. Now we can get that fixed so our air return will be correct. Jake and Austin arrived ahead of schedule (after calling first). They were attentive to detail, and careful around my home. They not only wore the booties, they lay down cloth runners and even use cushions on the corners of the house to protect it from their big suction hose. They were even careful with the large suction hose around my landscape lighting along the front door walk way. Then in the house there is no detail left undone. Tyler and Steve arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the process and gave me tips on how often to have my dryer vent cleaned. They were great with my dog...who love them.
