Patricia and Rafael helped us with our new place. They did a wonderful, very professional job. The place we were interested in did not show up correctly on Maps in terms of address and Patricia and Luca (their assistant) were able to work with Maps to get it changed. I was very, very inspired that they were insistent and got it done.
