Went get a estimate on Thursday to paint my car thinking it would take 24 hours to get the estimate. Called them back the next afternoon thinking it was ready. The owner said he didn't have it yet. Stopped by their shop the following Monday and talked to the lady behind the desk. Said he hasn't started on the estimate. Explained to her that my insurance company used the virtual assistant app to communicate between them and the adjuster.
