Just now seeing these horrible reviews from this company. It has been a poor start from the very beginning. Please no one rent anything from this company not a great experience on any scale.
My current move out date is Aug 5 so I was looking for a move in relatively close to that. On apartments.com they had a spot listed as available Aug 7. I contact them, they say renovations will take until the 18, but if need be they could likely do the 11th. I unfortunately applied and was approved but then was told that the current tenant would not be moving out until Aug 11th and that renovations would take the whole month. Cost me $100 because they presented false information.

if I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. First off I ran it from this company for two years. There is termites in the house and there was a leaky roof in the house that never got fixed. The company tried their best to make things happen but apparently they are just the middleman and they do everything. The homeowner says so I guess it has to get approved first.
