I started bring my daughters here on a recommendation and really love Dr. Jessi’s bedside manner. She and her staff are very personable, easy to communicate with and know their stuff! And she doesn’t just get you in, crack your back & rush you out the door! Muscles play an important role in keeping things where they belong... Erica & Brooke help prep you for adjustment when they are here and not busy, but Dr. Jessi isn’t afraid to spend time doing it right!!

Ames Spine and Sport is without a doubt the very best care I’ve ever had for pain. I spent 4 months going to a physical therapist and a different chiropractor and didn’t make much progress. I spent a month here and was feeling great. Jessi is also super fun and I would pay her to just hanging out. Also she is super awesome to Packer fans like herself. So make sure you let her know if you bleed green and gold.
Dr. Jessi will really listen to your needs. She’s extremely thorough and the rest of her staff is amazing. I’d highly recommend!
