I’ve only been to Ames Family Dental for my first visit, a check up and teeth cleaning. So far I have been pleased with my experience; scheduling was easy and convenient, didn’t have to wait months to get in. They provide a number of different options to contact and interact with them - from the phone, to an online scheduling and confirmation system (I find that this makes a difference when selecting a new provider). Another outstanding visit to Ames Family Dental for cleaning and exam. The cleanliness of the office and facilities was excellent. Very professional and personal environment. My hygienist, Jeni is the best at putting me at ease, taking a personal interest in me. Her professional, no nonsense approach to my dental health was appreciated. Dr. Patten was professional, commenting on areas that looked good and places that needed work. As always he took an interest in my as a person.
Thanks, for the great work you all have done to fix my teeth. Things were really a mess. How Dr Good took the time to show the new Dr Cahill what can be done to a messed up mouth shows how much he cares for his patients. Thanks Again Jerry

Amazing experience! Always friendly and are willing to answer any questions that I have. I also, love my dentist, he is the nicestest down to earth man and treats everyone with love and respect. You also get a gift bag when you first come and they give you a tour of the facility which is really nice! There is also complimentary things you can request on any visit:)
Yesterday was my first visit to Ames Family Dental. The staff was fantastic. I was given a tour of the office when I first arrived. I was also provided with a welcome letter and bag. Every person I interacted with was so kind. They listened to my questions and concerns and addressed them. I really felt listened to and taken care of. I have already scheduled an appointment for my next cleaning. I am happy to have found a dentist office that is so inviting and has top notch customer service.
