If you do business with Mr. Willey, you better hope you have no disagreement. I objected to a repair bill that was different that what was agreed upon. Rather than negotiating, or compromising, or explaning why, Mr Willey instructed his shop forman to impound my car, and not accept my credit card or check. I would have to pay cash to get my car back, and pay the amount that was on the bill. He jumped from A to Z, with nothing inbetween. There is a reason the Better Business Bureau gives this place an 'F' rating! Very, very rude service department employees. And there is no point in going to the supervisor, he's the worst! They went over the amount I authorized when I dropped my car off for service. They then told us to "never come back" after we demanded they stick to the authorized amount. The service guy practically threw a tantrum when he had to redo the paperwork for the CORRECT amount, meanwhile the supervisor was sitting at his desk making snarky comm... read more
