It took two weeks to get a fill and they only Filled to 33% meaning it was already time to book another delivery the same day as the one I just had. But wait it gets better they now upped the charged per gallon the same day for the next delivery from 1.88 to 2.04. This company is a fucking joke. They literally answer within a minute for new clients and as soon as you become there’s the ball gets drop every second following. Can’t wait to switch to a company that actually delivers.
I’m waiting for a delivery since Jan 7th When I spoke to customer service today they can’t even tell me where the trucks are and if the drivers have my ticket.They told we have 3 drivers in my county omg my county is Hugh. When we had the office here we just called them and they knew when the driver would be here and being on auto fill we never had to worry about it. Been with them 25 years never had a problem until now. I’m going to buy my 500 gallon tank and get a new provider I can’t take the chance of running out
Ordered gas 2 weeks ago.Keep getting told it’s coming today then I call again and I am told it’s not scheduled.I am 67 years old and my husband is home sick with Covid.I am going to run out of gas and have no heat or hot water. They don’t care and actually said they can schedule an emergency delivery at an extra charge.What? That’s an answer? If we run out we can’t go anywhere due to his having Covid He could die if we get no heat.THEY DONT CARE
I’ve never dealt with a business as bad as Amerigas. Never. They promised to check and fill my tank, and for the last three months have allowed my tank to run out of propane - in January, in the Colorado mountains. Their customer service has lied to me, given me false information and simply hung up on me. They have repeatedly promised to deliver propane “tomorrow” only to never show. Out of gas since the begin of December - DO NOT USE THEM !!!! Out of gas since the begin of December. It is impossible to reach anybody. If you do, it is pointless because you get the same answer all the time - "we have forwarded your concern."
AmeriGas is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a utility or contractor of any trade, in my entire life.........and I'm not a young guy. We have not received a delivery since November 7, 2020. We are automatic fill customers, paid up to date in full. January 3rd, 2021 I got a text from AmeriGas that a delivery was imminent, that delivery never happened. Absolutely horrible delivery service. Paid in advance and still no gas for a 68 yr. Old customer. Called and can't get any help. Could take my money but can't get gas. It s been 1 and a half weeks. Told me it d be delivered today but still no gas! I will be changing companies and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Worst service ever. We called for a propane fill on 1/11/21 and were told someone would be out within 14 days. On 1/18/21 a driver came and looked at the wrong tank and decided he couldn’t access it due to 1” of snow and left. We called the emergency number And spoke to 8 different reps to explain the situation that the driver looked at the wrong tank and the driveway was perfectly clear to the correct tank. Why are the state/ counties that this incompetent company services be allowed to operate. Before they will make a delivery of propane, you need to pay in advance and once your payment clears they will provide the delivery. What they do not tell you is the date provided does not mean anything. I ordered and paid for a delivery on Jan 5, 2021. Money was taken from my account on Jan 7th.
