Very pleased with timeliness of quote and initial install!! However customer service related to repairs needs a lot of improvement. It took almost 9 months for my first repair and about 5 weeks for the second. Phone calls for repairs weren't returned and it took a lot of time on my part to call repeatedly until it was resolved.

Crew that came was great. Fence was put in quickly. But the quality of the fence is horrible. I am so very disappointed. Only had the fence since December 2016 and it already looks 10 years old. The wood is all cracking, the posts have huge splits in them. Some of the boards that go across the top and bottom have cracks more than halfway across the boards from where they nailed it together.
I called Amerifence to come out and give me an estimate as I did many places. I must say that of all the companies that helped me with this they are nicest and very professional. They gave me an estimate right away. I am now happy that I have my fence and the job they did was excellent. I would refer anyone to them.
From start to finish absolutely first class! Mike helped walk us through the quote/build process, and was fantastic. JD, the crew leader for our installation, couldn't have been better. Detail oriented, efficient, polite, and absolutely an asset to the organization. He represented the organization in a way that the company may never see but nonetheless be proud of. These guys were amazing! They installed the fence in one day! Very nice to work with and very professional! They have a hard job but worked hard to provide a very good quality fence and service! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family!
I dealt directly with Mike (owner) and his son (also Mike) who managed the installation, and both were very professional from the initial quote thru installation. I have a large yard (340 linear ft) and Mike's crew completed the job in one day. Mike Sr showed up on time for initial quote and showed me every option available. Mike Jr showed up on time of day of installation and him and his guys did a great job with the fence and cleanup afterwards. A quality job from start to finish.
