Had a perfect experience on the repairs done to our family business property. The service was quick and our rep was very efficient. Horrible customer service. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls when you leave a message. I have a serious issue and no one will respond!!! I’m not sure how a business can never answer the phone!

Amerifence originally installed my cedar fence in 2004. Thirteen years later the fence was in need of several repairs. We had an issue getting return phone calls but Michael personally contacted us and took care of everything. Our fence is repaired! Looks great. Very happy with the end results!
We had a fence installed over a month ago--it took a couple of weeks for someone to come back and finish it up--job was supposed to be done in a day, two tops. Meanwhile, the office clerk is on me for the final payment--which we made even before the job was completed; however, there are two slats that were broken during the install and they were supposed to come back and replace those. No one has shown up yet.... So, I am waiting... and waiting... and waiting. Sales guy is nice though but I guess that is what it is all about... read more
