An employee stole my puppy from my home on October 15th! You were there to do your job! You came into my yard after my daughter let him out to pee! I came straight home to my upset kids looking for him! i put put alerts! i am pressing charges! GIVE ME BACK MY DOG!!!
I asked for a picture of the fence I thought we were getting to submit to HOA. Picture wasn't what we expected. Asked for an exact picture with height, color and cost since we were looking at a different fence. Never got it. Called company to see if we could get another salesman. Receptionist took my info and said the director would get back with me and still nothing.
RecommendedWe had a difficult three phase installation process with dirt/muddy yard. AmeriFence completed the project with success even with a few issues and delays along the way. Consistent and helpful customer service can fade all other issues. Tony’s installation skills and friendly demeanor made our day!
Had work completed as planned on 7/31. Installation completed in four hours. fence looks great. Clean was professionally done greeat work

We had our estimate early June. Three weeks ago I was told the product we ordered was unavailable. Two phone calls later—our $1100 deposit has not been returned to our credit card. My view might change when I receive my refund.

These folks sure are great — until you use them and need some repairs on their work. I’ve used Amerifence twice at two different houses now. Installs were great experiences, but since then after the money has been paid, having them back out to do repair work is useless. They don’t return calls, don’t return emails, and after you DO get someone out (Mike, the owner) to look at what needs repair they don’t live up to their word to get it done.
