THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND CHEATERS. I bought an expensive engagement ring over 10 years ago here because they guaranteed that if I brought the ring in every six months for an inspection, and a diamond ever came loose and was lost, they would replace it for free. Now they refuse to honor the agreement even though we have diligently brought it back for an inspection and have the records to prove it. Rude, lying, owner/managment, Poor quality products!! – I purchased my husband's wedding band there about a year ago. A beatuiful "titanium" ring with celtic knots on it. Upon purchasing I was assured that it was titanium and would not scratch break or bend. This is one of the big reasons I chose titanium. Disappointing Experience – If all you are looking for in a jewelry store is friendly staff then this will fit the bill. If you want a place that knows how to treat customers, has professional staff, and has reasonable prices, don't even think about this place. I had an issue with my ring and tried to return it. Great service! Beautiful work! – I was recently interested in resetting the diamond from my engagement ring. The original ring my husband gave, while very beautiful, was uncomfortable to wear on a regular basis. Great Experience – I went into Americus Diamond last week and bought my wife some of the Pandora charms for her bracelet (also purchased at Americus Diamond). The staff was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and helping me decide what she would like. They are amazing at finding what your loved one would like without even meeting that person. If you are wanting to surprise someone with something special and want that certain someone to be surprised, go to Americus Diamond. They are the best.

Friendly, Fun and Fashionable – I have been a long time customer of Americus and would not shop jewelry anywhere else. Their staff is all knowledgeable and helpful. Americus diamond was thefirst place I went to where I wasn't attacked by 2 to 3 different sales personnel. The individual who sold me the jewelry was patient, understanding of what I was looking for and overall just made the whole process easy. The actual jewelry inside was priced fair in comparison to other jewelry stores whos diamond are more exspensive and may or may not be certified diamonds. Best Jewelery Store in town!! – I have been all over Austin and have found a ton of low quality, low price jewelry. I LOVE jewelry but have high quality expectations. At Americus I have always found the highest quality at very good prices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
