My experience with American Rental Managers is HORRIBLE. I don't know where to start. I have rented with ARM (should be STRONG ARM tactics) for five years now. I have paid rent for 60 months straight without one late payment. This is something you should look out for when dealing with these slick crooks and thieves. Please be aware and steer clear of this company, America's Rental Managers. They were fantastic in the beginning getting into the house, but if you need to request maintenance, they fall seriously short in the customer service department. It took multiple requests, calls and texts to get the attention of this company when we had leak in the house that resulted to black mold... the issue is still not completely fixed and they are now charging me 3 months rent to leave this house that is unacceptable.

I had defaulted on my account. I had tons of crazy charge-offs , and also I had a foreclosure on my house. The thought of it every night hurt my head.
