On 9 March 2020, I went to your Ft Worth location. They have a sign that says "Oil Change $19.99", but as soon as it's time to pay. They charge an additional $5 for Skid Plate Labor (Skid plate labor is taking the drain plug off to drain the old oil..... that is part of doing a oil change. So therefore that $5 skid plate labor should be removed and re-adjust the original oil change price.). That $19.99 and then add $5 fee is Illegal and is considered Bait & Switch. Give me my $5 back!!
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REPAIRS!!! I took my car in because my check engine light was on and needed an O2 sensor replaced. They told me it was a very simple job. 4 days and over $800 later I can't even drive my car! My car was driving perfectly fine before I took it to them. Now I'm having to buy a rent car and have a REAL mechanic fix what THEY SCREWED UP!! They take advantage of people. I'm also having to get an attorney involved.
